1. What BestDealSnag is
BestDealSnag is a deal-discovery and product-comparison publisher. We aggregate product listings supplied through affiliate programmes we participate in, and present them so shoppers can search and compare.
We are not a retailer, reseller, marketplace or agent of any merchant. We do not sell products, take payment, hold inventory, ship goods, or handle returns. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the merchant, governed by that merchant’s terms and conditions.
2. Product information and pricing
Product titles, descriptions, images, prices, currencies and availability are supplied by merchants through affiliate product feeds. That data is refreshed periodically, which means information on BestDealSnag can be out of date at the moment you view it.
Always confirm the current price, specification, shipping cost and availability on the merchant’s own website before purchasing. The merchant’s stated price at checkout is the price that applies — not any figure shown here.
We aim to display only price information we can stand behind, and we do not invent discounts, previous prices or savings. We cannot, however, guarantee that merchant-supplied data is complete or error-free.
3. Affiliate relationships

Your statutory rights as a consumer in respect of any purchase are against the merchant that sold to you, and are unaffected by these terms.
